Booking an intro call (Calendly)

When you book a free intro call via the Calendly button on this website, Calendly collects your name, email address, and your chosen appointment time. This data is used solely to schedule and confirm your session.

Paying for lessons (Stripe)

Payments are processed via Stripe. I do not store your card details. Stripe collects the billing information necessary to complete the transaction securely.

Conducting lessons (Google Meet)

Online lessons take place via Google Meet. Google may process technical data (e.g. IP address, connection metadata) as part of the video call service. I do not record lessons without your explicit consent.

Email communication

If you contact me by email, I will store your name and email address for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and managing our lessons.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies itself and does not run any analytics or tracking tools.

When you click the "Book Free Call" button, a Calendly scheduling widget opens. Calendly sets its own cookies at that point to manage the booking session. These cookies are set by Calendly, not by this website. You can find details in Calendly's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Calendly, Stripe, and Google are US-based companies. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission. For details, refer to each provider's privacy policy linked above.

5. How Long I Keep Your Data

• Booking data: Retained for as long as we have an active tutoring relationship, then deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
• Payment records: Retained for 5 years to comply with Polish tax law.
• Email correspondence: Retained for as long as reasonably necessary, then deleted.

6. Your Rights Under the GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
