Everything you need to know about sessions, cancellations, packages, and payments.
All lessons are conducted online via Google Meet and last 50 minutes. Sessions are booked individually or as part of a package through this website.
The free introductory call lasts 25 minutes and carries no obligation. It is not a lesson and does not count toward any package.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via the payment links on this website, processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a meeting link has been shared via email.

| No-show (no contact at all) | I will wait 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the student has not joined and has not been in contact, the session counts as used. No rescheduling, no credit. |
If a student joins late, the session ends at the originally scheduled time. The missed time is not made up and does not count as a cancellation.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will notify you as early as possible. The session will be rescheduled at no cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the session will be credited or refunded in full.
If a session cannot take place due to a technical problem on my side, it will be rescheduled at no cost. If the issue is on the student's side, the standard cancellation policy above applies.

Sessions that have not been used by the end of the validity period expire without refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the student who purchased them.
To request a refund, email maximilian.hardter@gmail.com with your name and payment confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Stripe transaction fees are included in the displayed price.
Students under the age of 18 may not book or pay for sessions themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete the booking, accept these Terms on the student's behalf, and take full responsibility for the sessions.
By purchasing sessions for a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so and agree to all terms stated on this page.
Sessions may not be recorded by the student — by any means, including screen recording, audio recording, or third-party software — without my prior written consent.
I do not record sessions myself. If recording is agreed upon for educational purposes, both parties must consent in writing before the session begins.
All lesson materials, worksheets, and content created or shared by me remain my intellectual property. They are provided for the student's personal learning use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without my explicit written permission.
I am committed to providing high-quality, personalised German lessons. However, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exam results, language proficiency levels, job placements, or any other personal or professional goals.
My liability is limited to the value of the sessions purchased. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of this service.
I am committed to providing a respectful, structured, and pressure-free learning environment. I ask that students arrive on time and treat sessions as a shared commitment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts. EU consumer protection rights are not affected by these Terms.
I may update these Booking Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
